    This hotel/motel/B&B list is compiled from several tourist brochures and the current local phone book for the Lenox and Pittsfield areas during the summer of 2005. While fairly extensive it is likely I missed a few. I’ve included web listings when available. Of course the surrounding towns of Sheffield, Housatonic, Richmond etc. offer more possibilities. A basic web search for regional lodging will yield additional results.

Hope everyone finds his helpful. I would suggest that you make reservations as early as possible even if you’re not 100% sure. You can always cancel later but you may not get what you want at the last minute. The main point is also that if we get our rooms early we can be the group that makes it difficult for others instead of having difficulties ourselves.

Sharon A. Walker will give participants in the Windsor Mountain Reunion a 20% discount on the
rooms at the Apple Tree Inn in Lenox.

Rooms in the Main House range in price from $280 per night for a suite to $160 for a standard room.  With the discount they would be priced at $224 to $128.  Lodge rooms are either $145 or $135 so they would be $117 to $108.  Rooms prices are subject to 9.7% tax and include continental breakfast..  They require a deposit of 50% on stays of 2 nights or more or 100% on one night stays.  Deposits on reservation made more than three weeks prior to arrival date must be paid by check.
